METHOD
We ship to Worldwide ~
both includes USA, Europe and International (International shipping apply to
major area only, some country may required up to 3 weeks of shipping time, please
email us at postmaster@hkebeads.com for confirmation). All orders will be shipped
within 5 business days after confirmation of your order. If for any reason there
is a delay with your order, we will email you to let you know as soon as possible.
Also, we will email you when your order send out.
We mail out the packages
from Monday to Friday. (Except Public Holidays)
How

All orders are shipped
from Hong Kong via Hong Kong Parcel Post by Airmail. Shipping Times vary depending
on where the package is going and how it is being shipped.
Major Cities: around 7-10
days. International Cities: around 12 - 14 days.

Unregistered
International Air Mail
We normally ship via UNregistered
International Airmail. It does NOT have a tracking number. It is not possible
to track in the event of a lost package.
HKeBeads is not responsible
for any lost package using this shipping method.
Registered
International Air Mail
Registered Airmail has
a tracking number and requires a signature to receive the package at the delivery
address. Currently we ship order for those amount over US$100 via registered
airmail at NO extra charge.
Others
Shipping & Insurance Method
We will add other shipping
& insuring method as an option soon. If you decide to use any kind of shipping
or insurance method, please email us!
Insufficient
or Incorrect Addresses
We have automated system
that prints your package label from the data you enter the shopping cart. We
are not responsible for late or lost packages that result from an insufficient
or incorrect address. If the package is returned to us and you desire to have
it re-shipped, you will be charged for the additional shipping charge. If you
decide not to have the package re-shipped, you will be refunded for the product
amount only (because the shipping charge has already been paid to the shipping
carrier). Please review your email confirmation as soon you receive it to make
sure the address is correct and updated. You may email us to advise us of an
address correction before we ship.
Lost
Package
After the package has been
identify as lost (registered air mail need around 2 months), we will refund
the whole order excluding shipping.
RETURNS
POLICY
We know how much you value your time for beading
, and we stand behind every product we sell. If you are dissatisfied with any
item, please return it in its original condition along with a copy of your invoice
within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We will refund the amount you paid
minus the shipping charges, insurance and any special discount when purchase.
Please see below for instructions: ~
- All sales come with 30 days warranty unless advertised differently. If
the item you have ordered is defective, email us within the warranty period
and we will replace the defective item for you with a new item. In the event
that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the
form of the original payment method. Buyers are responsible for all return
shipping charges.
- All returns must be authorized in advance & the RMA number must be clearly
marked on the outside of the shipping carton/pack.
- For replacement, buyer must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in
the original packaging accompanied with bill of sale.
- Returned items must be unused and undamaged. We carefully
inspect returned items upon receipt. If a package is damaged or tampered within
shipment, please return the whole package to us with your packaging.
- Buyers should be careful to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Please
note the name, address of the sender and return item details must be clearly
given.
- Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
- A refund may be issued if replacement is not available. " Pick up service
is not available for return buyer .
- All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty
period.
- To receive your full refund, the free gifts must be returned. If you do
not return these gifts, cost will be deducted from your refund.
